Dont Pack expensive items yourself, leave to our crew, Do not throw away unwanted documents, we will shred them and recycle them as packing support to pack your expensive fragile curios and decorations

Very efficient upon packing and departing Muscat.
Still waiting for shipment 6 months later. Lack of communication and transparency on their behalf and sister company, Star Moving based in Australia, adds to frustration.
Really fed up now.

The Oman part was done promptly and professionally. Packing was careful and meticulous. However, despite the 12-18 days of transit time mentioned in their quote, I still haven't received my belongings, after 25 days. I cotacted them on October 26, and was promised to give explanation about the delayed delivery; however so far I got no reply to me enquiry (November 1).
